We welcome your application to the CEFAM MBA / MASTER.
This program is open to those who have completed undergraduate work of distinction and earned at least a BA degree (equivalent of a three year diploma) from an institution of higher learning. Graduates with backgrounds in non-business disciplines are encouraged to apply. Students can apply before graduating from a bachelor degree program; however, the final authorization for program participation is granted upon submission of the original degree certificate. This program will enable non-business students to continue their studies to more effectively compete in a global business marketplace.
These students are seeking the business skills necessary to jump-start their careers in international business. Following the two-year program, students will be in high demand in business fields throughout the world for their graduate business and specialized knowledge and the broad scope of skills they carry from their undergraduate education.
Addressing an important international need for graduates who have business skills, language proficiencies, and specialized knowledge in a specific field, the CEFAM Master/MBA program has the potential to be a model for graduate business education for global business competitiveness.
These students, whether they are political science, engineering, communications, sociology, or other non-business majors, have significant skills and abilities acquired in their undergraduate educations that they can utilize in a career in international business.
Despite these skills, undergraduate students may face difficulties transitioning their education into workforce competitiveness in international business. The CEFAM Master/MBA program will facilitate and ease this transition by transforming undergraduate majors with little or no business experience into graduate students prepared to accept employment in business positions around the world.
Providing strong foundations
The core CEFAM MBA program requires students to have a sound understanding of commerce and business principles and concepts.
We offer a specific program for students without an academic qualification in business or commerce during the first semester. This provides five 'business foundation' subjects.All students are then ready to take on the more more specialised aspects of the curriculum.

Business Students
The CEFAM MBA / MASTER program is designed to provide the knowledge and analytical capabilities that will allow business student to take a leadership role in international business. The students who join the CEFAM MBA program with a business background will be prepare to step up to positions in middle and senior management.
As a business student, no perquisites are required. You will have the chance to share different seminars and teamwork with other students coming from non business background This combination builds a global perspective, strategic capabilities and a knowledge of the specific challenges of international management.
