Master 1

The first year is divided into 3 periods:

- September: English Seminar or Basic Courses in Business (if necessary)
- Semester 1 (September/January): Core Courses - Semester 2 and Summer (February to June) - IMS: Intercultural Management Semester This program is taught in English.  

  • Semester 1
The core courses provide a grounding in the key management disciplines. They are punctuated by a series of seminars, specific to the CEFAM MASTER program, which focus on major issues in entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship and help develop personal and managerial skills: flexibility, openness, creativity, leadership and teamwork.

The primary focus of this semester abroad is to provide the opportunity to learn about managerial issues and practices in Asia and the United States, and how these are met and implemented by managers, manufacturers, consumers and drivers of key international networks.


Master 2
 
  • In the United States
After M1 at CEFAM, the students who wish to apply for a Master Degree (MS) at Temple or Northeastern will benefit from our partnership and have a specific procedure.
They can also benefit from our new partnership with Rider Univervisty and go for an MBA.
  • In France
The students who wish to continue with a Master Degree at CEFAM in Lyon would benefit from a co-op program in partnership with international companies.
This program will have 6 core courses:

Each student must complete a research project related to his/her position in the company during the co-op. International business seminars will give the opportunity to students to have specific seminars on topics such as :

CEFAM will identify key corporations that will be their partners and then work with them closely to understand exactly what they’re looking for. By partnering with corporations, providing you with enough experience to understand the realities of the global marketplace, we offer you a better chance at success than any other MBA program. This program is practical, relevant and hands-on. You will have a chance to get a paid MBA-level position in an international company.
The students can also choose to apply for the “Cycle Master professionnel 2 « Responsable Management et Développement des Ressources Humaines ».
