Pre-Arrival Information & Services

Enrollment Process

Step 1

When accepted, students receive their offer letter and study contract by email. Enrollment is considered official by returning the signed Study contract and sending a non-refundable* 3000 € deposit towards the first year’s tuition. Once received, CEFAM will provide the Scholastic Certificate, an important document necessary to apply for a student visa.

Step 3

Register with Campus France.

Step 4

Apply for student visa at local French Consulate, once Campus France confirms.

Once you have your visa

Book your flight and let us know when you’re arriving!

*Enrollment deposit is now 3000€ and refundable exclusively in the case of visa refusal.

Once enrolled

Throughout the months before departing to France, incoming students will receive communication regarding CEFAM’s mandatory new student orientation, and other items to prepare before arriving in France. Communication also goes out about upcoming classes as well and what to expect.

Please keep CEFAM staff advised regarding your visa process and arrival plans.
