Pre-Arrival Information & Services

Enrollment Process

Step 1

 

Once accepted, students receive their offer letter and study contract by email.
Enrollment is officially confirmed once the signed study contract is returned and a non-refundable* deposit of €3,000 towards the first year’s tuition is paid.

After these documents are received, CEFAM will issue the Certificate of Enrollment, an important document required for the student visa application.

Secure housing

Register with Campus France.

Step 4

 

Apply for student visa at local French Consulate, once Campus France confirms.

Step 5

 

Once you have your visa:

Book your flight and let us know when you’re arriving!

*Enrollment deposit is now 3000€ and refundable exclusively in the case of visa refusal.

Once enrolled

Throughout the months before departing to France, incoming students will receive communication regarding CEFAM’s mandatory new student orientation, and other items to prepare before arriving in France. Communication also goes out about upcoming classes as well and what to expect.

Please keep CEFAM staff advised regarding your visa process and arrival plans.
