Students who have completed a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality, tourism, or related fields and wish to:

  • Deepen their management and operational knowledge,
  • Gain a recognized international degree,
  • Live and work in France, in a program that combines academic excellence and hands-on experience.

    • Placement in hotels & restaurants throughout France many of them are prestigious properties: Relais & Châteaux, Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels
    • Stipend (minimum €577/month)

*Internship placements are subject to achieving a minimum B2 level in French by the end of the academic year.

Program Structure

Each course = 3 US credits / 6 ECTS (European Credits)

Fall Semester:

  • Culture & Communication in Hospitality
  • Strategic Management
  • French Intensive Course
  • 1 elective: Financial Planning / Consumer Behavior / Advertising / Sales
  • Management / Data for Business / Business Ethics

Spring Semester:

  • Contemporary Issues in Hospitality & Tourism
  • Operations & Supply Chain Management
  • French Intensive Course
  • 1 elective: Sustainable Finance / Marketing Research / Digital
  • Marketing

Outcomes

Graduates will:

  • Gain managerial-level understanding of the global hospitality industry
  • Acquire strong intercultural communication and leadership skills
  • Build a competitive international profile, combining a Diploma + French language + Work experience
  • Final internship across France in top-quality hospitality venues.
