Rider was founded in 1865, and was ranked 27th among the best in the North East by US News and World Report in 2022, and among The Princeton Review’s Best Colleges in 2021. Recently rated as the greenest campus in the US, at Rider University CEFAM students have a campus outside of an urban area. At just 40 minutes from Philadelphia, and an hour from New York City, Rider is in a prime location in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
